Jon F. Swift Construction, founded in 1979 by Jon Swift, is recognized as one of the area’s leading commercial contractors, serving Sarasota and Manatee County public and private sector clients for more than 40 years. They go above and beyond to ensure success for our community into the future. In 2004 Jon Swift created the Swift Family Foundation that allows them to devote their time and money to the betterment of our community. In 2009, Jason Swift, Jon’s son, took over as president.
Sarasota County School District – Riverview High School. In Florida, Riverview ranks 59 of 693 as the Best Public High School and 62 out of 596 Best College Prep.
The project was lead by Justin Williams, Vice-President of Jon F. Swift. Supply and install 1400ft of 48” tall 9 ga sch40 black vinyl chain link fence with 107 core drills; (2) 12’ double wide gate; (1) 16’ double wide gate. Strict scheduling had to be adhered to in order to have the fields open for the start of 2020 the school year.
